Is it just me who finds Pandora bracelet a faff?

It was a present, nice idea, but I find it tricky to close it, the charms keep falling off whilst faffing with a clasp.
That's after chipping nail varnish when trying to open it (or looking for a suitable tool every time).
Am I missing something?

I didn't shit on the pandora I know people who love them, I just prefer the tiffany one because we were in Paris and my OH bought me my bracelet as it was my birthday and cost wise about the same as a apndora with a few charms, to be honest I don't wear mine very often as im scared of losing it

Unfortunately I can't take it back anymore as can't get hold of the receipt Sad

I now wonder whether I could exchange without a receipt for the torq bangle which looks a lot better...

I asked for one for Christmas years ago after seeing a lovely picture of one in a magazine ad. I hadn't been in a shop to look at one and didn't realise all the different types of charms there were.

So everyone was delighted at an easy present for sunnysidegold for the next few years. Unfortunately I go given all the childish charms - snowmen, cats, elves, children. It wasn't really the image I had in my head and I really didn't like it as much as I would have had the charms been like the ones I'd seen.

But....each charm has alittle story behind it and it has a lot of sentimental value. I don't wear it much anymore as it gets in the way in work a bit. Maybe I'll dig it out again this weekend!

I just find them tacky and cheap-looking

Not half as tacky as joining a thread where someone has asked for some advice about their own bracelet simply to post a wee put down.

Men swayed by clever marketing eh!

Erm...okay. My daughter bought mine and then family and friends bought my charms. Their “marketing” was me saying I like Pandora bracelets.
