Baby has been different after her 4 month vaccine. I'm worried

Ever since my baby had her 4 month vaccine she has been acting different. First day she was fine but after that she got reflux and had pain so we will start giving her nexium. But it's been 7 days and she's a totally different baby. She's not as happy and doesn't laugh anymore and seems sad. She smiles a little but sometimes just has a grumpy face. I'm not sure what could have happened but I'm so worried I read something about autism and vaccines and it's been driving me crazy thinking that could be whats going on with her 😔

How is the OP’s comment bigoted?!
Stop looking to be offended.

Op, I agree with PP, your baby is probably feeling rough after the jab, or is just under the weather. 4 month sleep regression, etc, may also be relevant.

Don’t worry.

She’s probably more pissed off she went for a nice day out n got a set of sore legs instead. Tbh I wouldn’t be too impressed either n I’m old enough to understand vaccines.

Then coupled into the sore stomach from reflux, possibly teething and who knows what else.. I’ve always said it’d be hell being a baby just imagine having an itchy toe and no matter how much you cry or fuss you can’t scratch it and these giant people just keep shushing, feeding and checking your bum.

Assuming she’s seen a gp to have nexium for the reflux too, it might not be the right thing.. we started on gaviscon and moved to ranitidine before finishing on carobel which we’ve tapered down to effectively less than half a dose and it works without side effects for ds.

@Greenmarmalade

When you have to deal with the same fucking ignorant stereotypes about your child’s disability day after day then maybe you would have some understanding of what constitutes bigotry and ignorance around autism.

It’s not bigotry.
Ignorance isn’t usually malicious.
Don’t assume anything about my experiences or my children; that would also be ignorant.

OP is worried, due to a medical doctor spreading lies about a link between autism and vaccines. Not really her fault, and she was asking for advice.
