Tree Pollen Allergy Symptoms?

I have tree pollen allergies which usually kick off end February/beginning of March. The past week I've had all the symptoms of itchiness (ears, mouth, hands etc). Not sure if it's tree pollen or maybe something else. Just wondering if anyone else has had symptoms this early? I'm in London btw.

I'm allergic to tree pollen but my early warning signs are a sore throat and blocked nose. At one time, a single inexpensive antihistamine pill and two paracetamol dealt with both very quickly but now I need to use a nasal spray and Fexofenadine.

No warning signs yet!

When I lived in London my tree pollen allergy often started in January with trees that had catkins, like hazel trees. Now that I live in Ireland it's usually at least February because London is about 6 weeks ahead. It has been reasonably mild winter so it wouldn't be surprising if some things were already putting out pollen.

I've cracked open the antihistamine and it seems to be helping. Going to be a long few months I think!

Yes me too, I went out for a walk on Monday on a local common (I’m near sw London) and was sneezing uncontrollably by evening.

Maybe if there’s a cold snap coming that might give us a few more weeks relief!

I get terrible tree pollen hay fever in spring and then mild hay fever at the end of summer from weeds, mostly ragwort I think. Except for last year when the tree pollen hay fever was manageable and the weed pollen hay fever was atrocious. I think the warm, wet summer was what caused the weeds to go nuts.
