How best to store old baby clothes

I’ve got a big bag of DDs baby clothes that she’s grown out of. I’ve given some things away but want to keep hold of a lot of it as we are planning on hopefully having a second baby in a year or two.
We don’t have a lot of storage space in the house (loft fully insulated so no room), so was planning on storing them in the garage (unheated). I also want to put other items in there with soft fabric parts (Moses basket, bouncer chair, pram, etc)
What is the best way to do this so they don’t get ruined?

I got a couple of these for clothes - ours are stored under DD's clothes. They actually hold a LOT more than I expected

Have you got any of those space saving bags so you can vacuum pack the clothes? We got some off Amazon and they shrink up pretty small.

I think they might be at risk of mould in a garage. Vacuum packed and under a bed?

I’d try to avoid garage if at all poss. Vacuum bags are a good idea. Do you have any space on top of your wardrobes?

I packed clothes into very large freezer bags in the right sizes and then into vacuum bags in the attic. Was anything because then I could get things down in the right size for dd2. Also kept it perfect.

Btw, parts of my pram went mouldy in the garage, and so did a toy wooden kitchen. I’d definitely keep the Moses basket out of it.

Garage isn’t a good idea at all, they will most likely get mouldy and be ruined.

I’d advise vacuum packs personally.
