My OH is at work tonight (ops manager at a hotel so tending to a NYE event) will probably be back around 2am and I'll be dead to the world.
I plan on going for a long soak, have snuggles with my greyhound and enjoy some bonding time with bump, OH also bought me a telescope for xmas (wanted one since I was a little girl) so I might set that up this evening if we have clear skies! Must admit, I will miss having a glass of champagne tonight!

@Babyg1995 oh my god what I'd do for home-made lasagne right now 🤤 grape Fanta?! What hole have I being living in I didn't even know that was a thing! Oh my 🤯

@OccasionalNachos
Oh bless you, I feel uncomfortable somewhat now so I really need to get a grip don't I! We're also going to plan a good NYE party next year! X

@OccasionalNachos forgot to mention I'm only 28+2 at the moment!

Going to my Dads, designated driver, not sure whether we’ll let it back home with the kids before the countdown or stay- not worried about the kids lasting until midnight but I am worried I won’t make it Grin. 24 weeks here so not too uncomfortable but I am tired today.

@ShivD There's no way I'm making it until midnight and I don't even have any kids - yet lol!

Highonstilts I got it from Asda it's so good going to have it in my gin glass with ice Crown Grin

BelfastNonBlonde · 31/12/2019 18:12

Found 2 blocks of unopened Boursin in the fridge, so, with Graham Norton, that’s my night sorted! 👌

Essexgirlupnorth · 31/12/2019 18:14

Left over take away curry for dinner and pretty tired already so not sure I will make it to midnight. Have some non alcoholic punch.
Took 6 year old to a new years eve party at legoland discovery centre this afternoon and they did a balloon drop and count down there.

HighOnStilts · 31/12/2019 18:16

@Babyg1995 I'm going out tomorrow I am so picking some up from Asda!!!! Is it in the section with the fizzy drinks? Daft question I know lol. I need some, desperately!

@BelfastNonBlonde I've some salt & pepper crackers and Cathedral City extra mature so I think I'll be having a fair few of those myself!

Dr zhivago, pjs, Thai food and an early night. Bish, bash, bosh!
What I'd do for a glass of red though...

Babyg1995 · 31/12/2019 18:18

I got it on my Asda online shop but I would imagine it will be in the section Crown Smile

APD1981 · 31/12/2019 18:18

I'm 17+2 and not much of a fan on NYE anyway. After much debate (DH loves to go out on NYE) we're staying in with a Domino's, bottle of Schloer, and maybe a board game. My dad passed away this year and it's been the hardest year of my life. I am looking forward to seeing the back of it and welcoming in the year my precious first baby will be born ❤️

Horehound · 31/12/2019 18:25

You'd be fine having one glass of champers, op!

I have a 17 week old so we are also having a quiet night in. He's sleeping at the mo and we've ordered a takeaway.

Comps83 · 31/12/2019 18:26

I’m in hospital having an induction

PG2018 · 31/12/2019 18:38

I am one day past my due date so just ordered a curry to try and get this baby moving. Also have a bottle of alcohol free Buck's Fizz to go with it. Happy New year Ladies!

HighOnStilts · 31/12/2019 18:43

Currently shifting furniture out of the nursery to make space for the cot etc.

Want to stay in and have a peaceful night but my twatty neighbours will likely ruin it (they really stress me out and it makes me feel like I'm going into early labour) so we're thinking of a late cinema showing instead, dependant on the level of noise they make.
I'm 32wks and all of a sudden have become the size of a whale, so sitting in the cinema for almost 3hrs will be a challenge.

HighOnStilts · 31/12/2019 19:02

@stuckinthemiddlewithtwats
I couldn't bare noisy neighbours.. it would drive me batty!!
I'm getting peeved with the amount of fireworks going off near me already! The dog isn't looking too impressed either 🙄

@Derbyshiregirly we were at Elvaston Castle today, I was waddling around with my dog 🐶 was a beautiful day in Derbyshire today !

Good luck those having babies ! I'm very jealous and can't wait for it to be my turn. 8 weeks to go till I hold my girl ❤️

DerbyshireGirly · 02/01/2020 15:46

@HighOnStilts I got the Jojo microbean pillow. Can thoroughly recommend it, it's saving my back when sitting and lying down at the moment and you can use it as a nursing pillow or baby support after too. I'm taking it back to work with me now too! No I'm not on commission Wink

@doublebarrellednurse Elvaston Castle is lovely, are you local? It was very mild.

doublebarrellednurse · 02/01/2020 19:26

@DerbyshireGirly yeah about 20 mins away so not too bad, we go there a fair bit with the doggo!
