Weeks of dizzy, nausea and weakness - tests all fine except borderline low blood pressure.

GP says they can't medicate me for it. Blood tests rule out anaemia, diabetes etc and tending to lose some weight even though I'm not dieting or exercising more than usual. Apetite low but get occasional bouts of hungriness so generally eating OK.

What can I do? I tried eating more salty foods but it's not helping much :(

Did you get a print out of blood test results? I was told I was fine but actually was borderline for a few things which would have been “not fine” in other countries (it seems we have a lower limit for anaemia than in the US, I think).

What downwhichoflate said. I felt rubbish for weeks, nothing was"wrong" in my test results, but blood count was low end of normal, vit d was low end of normal, blood pressure ditto. Took iron and multivitamin and vit d I think, and improved over a couple of weeks.

Dizziness could also be vertigo, which would account for the nausea too.

Is it worse upon standing or a change in position? If so I'd look at Postural Orthstatic Tachycardia Syndrome.
