Can I make cheesecake today for tomorrow?

Help! I got asked on Sunday night (!!!) to make the pudding for xmas day for all DPs family and now I'm stressing out. I've decided on a chocolate torte and lemon curd yoghurt cheesecake. I have two questions:

If I make the cheesecake today will the base go soggy? It's a no bake cheesecake with no gelatine so will the cream lose its air and the whole thing go flat?

If I prebake the chocolate torte tomorrow morning at home can I stick it in oven for 10 mins at in laws? Will the middle stay gooey or will it overcook?

the cheesecake will be fine made today for tomorrow but I would decorate the top with fruit instead of cream or pipe the cream on just before you serve it as it will dry out,

Thanks @isseywith4vampirecats. And there's no cream on the top, the filling is made of whipped cream, cream cheese and yoghurt. So I was worried the cream would deflate if I did it today 😬

no it will be fine that's the one I make and we always have left overs the next day if you have any in the house put a little icing sugar into the filling and it will hold even better

I love cheesecake the day after it’s been made; for me the flavour seems that bit better.

Brilliant thanks @isseywith4vampirecats and @WarmSausageTea ☺️☺️.

could you prep it tin foil it and cook it in the oven for the proper time as it would be goeeyer if straight out of the oven the chocolate might set and not remelt properly

Perfect @isseywith4vampirecats I'll do that! They're only a few mins up the road so that will work. So cheesecake done today, will whizz cake up tomorrow and put it in a baking dish. Panic over, thanks Smile
