Any foods that your family always has Christmas Eve/Christmas Day? Breakfast, lunch, dinner... :)

Prawn cockrail follwed by Fish pie on Christmas eve (this was a tradition for me growing up - Irish Catholic mother) breakfast on Christmas day is either bacon and egg or Christmas tree crumpets. Christmas day night has to be turkey sandwiches/leftovers in thick sliced bloomer bread as well as German smoked cheese and crackers

Always a fish dish on Christmas Eve, I want something light ahead of the heavier Christmas Day food. This year I’m doing cod, marinated in a mix of yoghurt and curry paste then topped with mango chutney and baked. Served with homemade flatbreads, green beans and broccoli stir fried with garlic.

Chinese takeaway on Xmas eve. Might splurge out for some crispy duck to make it special!
Xmas day will be:
Prawn cocktail
Turkey, beef & ham with sausagemeat stuffing, pigs in blankets and veg with loads of gravy.
Christmas pudding or Yule log with custard or ice cream.
My favourite is Boxing Day with all the cold meats and mash and pickles!

Christmas Eve
Breakfast is the usual of weetabix, fruit with coffee and orange juice.
DD and I usually go to Tesco to pick up last minute bits and we go to the cafe for a Christmas treat.
Lunch is Christmas ham in bread rolls and salad
Dinner is fish, chips and peas/beans with bread and butter and mince pies with cream/ice cream for pudding.

Christmas Day
Breakfast is weetabix, fruit with coffee and orange juice, (which we have about 7.30am followed by pastries and champagne and more juice at around 10am.
Lunch is turkey roast with all the trimmings, followed by Christmas pudding, Yule tide log or trifle served with cream or ice cream.
Dinner is pizza followed by Yule tide log, trifle or Christmas cake.

Boxing Day
Cooked breakfast.
Lunch is a buffet - rest of Christmas ham in bread rolls, quiches, sausage rolls and salad. Followed by Yule tide log, trifle and Christmas cake.
Dinner is steak pie and chips.

Depending on if we have any turkey, pigs in blanket and stuffing left I'll make a pie for dinner at the weekend.
