Help me buff my hob

I've just sprayed my hob with hob cleaner and the built up, burnt on bits haven't shifted! Ive scraped a little with a knife but dont want to damaged it.

What can use to "scrape" these bits off? The rest of the hob is shiny and new!

Bar keepers friend. The powder that you use with a damp cloth.

Hob Brite

I misread your post at first as “help me buff my nob” and nearly reported you as a dyslexic pervert! Grin

Well I thought this was going to be a euphemism.

I'll get my coat.

Hob Brite is the dog’s bollocks

Foxyloxy1plus1 · 07/12/2019 21:20

Bar Keeper’s Friend for me too.

OneBeeTwoBee · 07/12/2019 21:33

I tried hob brite but it didnt get rid of the burnt bits, the rest of the hob is sparkling! I'll try the bar keeper. 🤞🏾 thanks all. 🙂

Is it ceramic or induction?

BammBamm · 07/12/2019 21:47

I had a hob scraper years ago which helped with the very burnt bits before I used hob brite.

Yes I had one for my ceramic hob but you can't use them on induction- you don't need to anyway as they're so easy to wipe.
