Do I need to talk to the school?

Dd(y3) was told today by a Y6 student that they could "bust your lip".

Is this common playground behaviour?! She did go and speak to A teacher about it which was great. I want to follow this up with them in the morning though.

Never had an experience like this before. Is it making me one of "those" parents? Low level she said/he said and friendship falling out I don't give a hoot it's just what happens. But this comment made me feel a little sick in my mouth.

Follow it up how? You’ve told them, you said they were great about it, let them sort it out.

Personally I'd leave it for now.

However encourage your daughter to tell you if anything like this happens again (whilst she of course should continue to immediately report).

So quiet monitoring.

Sorry , dd told a lunchtime staff member.

I don't do pick ups so didn't get told until I got home from work.
