1. What in your eyes, is the most important aspect of a family board game.
It needs to be something that rewards repeated playing, e.g.: where you can try different strategies, or have options that make the game different. I don't want to feel like I'm going through the same motions each time.
2. How much would you buy a multipack board game containing 6 dice, 2 sets of cards, and instructions containing 18 different games.
Depends on the game. I would be put off buying a multipack, because I would inevitably be buying some games I don't want.
3. You prefer long and detailed instructions or short and simplified instructions.
Games that have very, very long instructions tend to be not to much fun - I hate games where the rules are constantly being scrutinised to work out if something is legal or not.
4. What features do you like/ dislike about family games you play.
I hate anything where you can see who will win quite early on and there's not much chance to reverse it (e.g. Monopoly).
I don't like games where you're stuck waiting for other people to take their turn for ages (scrabble is the worst for this). Something like Banagrams is great, because everyone is playing at the same time.
I don't like things that are huge, with massive boards and boxes. I like things that fit in a pouch, like Hive or Banangrams, or are just a deck of cards, like Exploding Kittens
5. On a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being best) how much would you be willing to be this board game.
1, I would not be willing to be this board game. I'm too lumpy to roll dice on.
