Only if I have to but my dc school PTA sell pre loved Xmas jumpers for a few quid. Works out a cheap way to update seasonal jumpers fairly cheaply. The PTA raises around £200 for the school from selling old jumpers. Not a bad little earner for very little effort.

I buy second hand ones on eBay for pretty cheap. I get them big, so they fit the next year, too.

I hate the thought that Tesco/Primark/Next/whoever make a fortune out of school Christmas jumper days. The shop gets £12 and the charity gets £1 Hmm.
If I don't manage to get a cheap 2nd hand one I think I'd decorate an existing jumper with tinsel.

I buy themed wintery/fair isle ones that can be worn all winter, then save them for DC2.

Last year DS wore a jumper that both me and DBro had worn when we were little Smile

DH has a wintery/Christmas jumper he wears every year.
