Harrissa on the chicken? Brocolli and asparagus tossed with butter, lemon, salt and flaked almonds?

CatUnderTheStairs · 28/11/2019 08:11

Roast the new potatoes with rosemary
Pan fry brocolli and asparagus with chilli and lemon juice
Marinate chicken in whatever spices you like (I like to do garlic, a oregano, basil, lemon juice and some brown sugar to caramelise) and grill

I think it would they would just need bashing up a bit. Green veg tossed with an acid , a fat, salt and a crunchy or herb element is the base I'm thinking of

Agree a spice mix on the chicken. Roasted broccoli is delicious.

I’ve just found roasted broccoli with walnuts and goats cheese, that is probably worth a shot. Rooting the pots with rosemary sound good, I might add chilli and lemon, that’ll all add crunch and acid...

I might flatten and do a crunchy coating on the chicken breasts and fry.

It’s a rare night in on my own and I want to do something a bit different to my usual huge bowl of carbonara that’s my go to on my own dish.
