My Baileys Went out of date in May. Will I die?

Just the title really. My pumpkin spice baileys went out of date in May (this year).
It has been unopened. (I was saving it).

Will I die if I drink it?

Gotta go somehow right? Might as well be full of Baileys when you do!

I’m pretty certain we have a bottle of the stuff in the cupboard that was opened 3 Christmases ago. I will put money on DH raking it out yet again this year to drink. I might throw it out one year, or he might finish it. No telling!

I thought it was impossible for Baileys to go out of date.
Last Christmas I found out I was wrong. The bottle was at a guess about 7-8 years old, though

Bailey's doesn't have a chance to go off in our house!

You won't die. However if it makes you sick then be prepared to never touch the stuff again. 20 years since I last had baileys... I was sick the same evening and the thought of it's curdled taste still makes me shudder 🤢

Well....I definitely didn’t die but most of the Baileys had to go
