Meals that can be prepped in advance and warmed up as portions

We all eat at different times in our house. D’s eats when he comes home from school (5ish), I eat when I come home from work and have done a few chores (6ish) and dH eats whenever he comes home from work (anytime between 8 and 10ish).

I like to cook from scratch in advance and everyone helps themselves to a portion of whatever I’ve made the night before and just warms it up.

But I’m after ideas for what to eat on weeknights. We eat the same things all the time and I’m getting bored. We always, on rotation, eat:

Chilli and rice or jacket potatoes
Spaghetti Bolognese
Chicken curry and rice or naan
Thai curry and rice
Cottage pie
Lasagne and salad

I will sometimes make a fish pie for DS and DH (not for me as I don’t like creamy sauces)

I don’t have a slow cooker and don’t really want one, as things I’ve eaten haven’t tasted great.

We eat everything except cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms.

Suggestions welcome.

Chorizo and Chickpea stew. Delicious, cheap and easily reheated.

Sausage casserole, or sausage in onion gravy and mash.
Stew and dumplings
Paella
Sweet and sour chicken and rice
Fritatta

I was going to suggest a slow cooker and slow cooked wonders fb group, maybe you just need more practice?

Chicken cacciatore (the Felicity Cloake recipe is my favourite, but I add olives)

Lamb tagine

Big hearty soups like bacon and lentil, that you can eat with bread and cheese etc if necessary

Jamie Oliver has a great fish pie using grated vegetables to create tge sauce rather than a creamy sauce and that reheat well.

Other than that, lentil dahl, savoury crumble (with a tomato sauce rather than cream), sausage casserole,

Cook chicken, strip the carcass and put the meat in a container for them to help themselves to with rice, bread, salad, potatoes as they wish. Make soup with it too.
