You need to see the doctor - if the pain becomes worse, ask if you can bring the appointment forward. In the meantime, anti-inflammatory painkillers are the most effective against this sort of pain - ibuprofen if this is something you can take, or discuss options with a pharmacist.

Whatever you do, don't let the doctor fob you off - you often need to be persistent in finding a treatment for this sort of pain. You need to get your scan followed up - if there is a cyst on your ovary, what are they doing about it?

You have to ask a bunch of randoms on the internet? Hmm

You need to go to your GP.

Sorry. That was a bit harsh, and I see you already have a doctor's appointment. Agree with @ScreamingCosArgosHaveNoRavens - be persistent and make sure you describe all of your symptoms. Write them down beforehand if you think you might forget.

thats okay i understand the appoitment is long way i am going to get some medication today and just rest but think i will call and see if any cancellations near the end of the day if its the same its not always painful its just more anoyying and especially with the period pain i am getting i guess you learn whats normal for your body and now thinking back to the problems with my stomach is it somthing else i mean i did have a ct and nothing was found other then a cyst on my ovary and i am guessing a ct can detect anything serious but i suppose that was 3 months ago so i just worry its got worse which is why i am sundently experiencing symtoms but only time will tell the appoitment time is ridiclous and then they wonder why more people go a and e

The cyst really needs to be monitored - if it's getting larger, it will become more and more painful, even if it's 'harmless'. The fact that you're in increasing pain suggests it isn't going away by itself so they need to look at options for treatment or management of it.

You're not wrong about A&E - after 15 years of being fobbed off with pelvic pain, that was where I ended up - so persist, persist, persist.

Personally I'd be calling 111 and asking their advice - they may send you to a drop-in centre

Some sort of early menopause issues?

A lump in your vagina sounds dangerous too . Make an emergency appointment with the GP for tomorrow morning. Good luck op.
