Please give me ideas for 10 month olds tea. Stuck in a rut!

I’m in a rut of giving DD the same things at tea time, probably because I don’t eat until much later and it’s often more of a snack than a meal for me.

So help! I need ideas of what to give her, so she has a variety and I don’t end up giving her pouches or too much bread all the time. I’m struggling with this and my HV did just give her what you’re having... despite me saying I’m not eating then!

Suggestions and critiques gladly received.

She’s 10 months, weaned early so due to reflux and currently her eating looks like this:
Breakfast, 9.30am: yogurt and toast or half a banana
Lunch. 1pm: small portion of what ever we’re having (pie and mash today!)
Tea, 5.30pm; cheese sandwich or pouch meal. Fruit and a biscotti.

She has 3 bottles a day, 11am, 3pm and 7pm. Also drinks water.

Thank you.

I would maybe do porridge or weetabix for breakfast with fruit, this means if there is toast or a sandwich later its not too bread-y which offers more freedom for the other meals. Could you save some of whatever you cook the night before (if it is safe to keep etc) for lunch, and then something quicker later on in the evening? Or make yours earlier but don't eat it until later, if it's something like pasta I often do this, even though it's not ideal. What kind of things do you cook? It really is easier if they have what you have, but veg can be really quick (cauliflower and cucumber are popular here) with some pasta and tuna or something. Or there are recipes for things like spinach and cheese muffins which can be made in batch and frozen, these are nice with perhaps yoghurt and a carb.

Pouches aren't bad though tbh, even though they can work out expensive. As long as you choose the ones without loads of fruit added as these can add a fair bit of sugar, even though it's natural.

My own evening meal is really me grazing on snacks! Pork pies, crisps, toast and Jam... none of which are great for dd!
I don’t think I’ve had proper evening meals/tea for 15 years...hence my Complete lack of inspiration!

Ah okay, definitely recommend bits and bobs you can batch cook and freeze then to make your life easier. If you Google 'freezable blw recipes' there's loads, pop them into labelled containers and then it's super quick! For example, cauliflower cheese cakes. Then can just add some meat or fish and some veg. I found weaning a lot trickier than I thought it would be as I'm a grazer.

Is pie and mash a typical lunch for her? Because if so it sounds like she's having a teatime type meal at lunch, so something lighter later should be fine. Soup, scrambled eggs, veg sticks and hummus, baked potato with beans etc.
Other breakfast ideas could be porridge, weetabix, pancakes and different fruit.

Fruit for pudding after tea too - my kids are currently obsessed with watermelon.
