Looking for houseplant advice - anyone knowledgeable out there?

I’m currently loving having lots of houseplants round the home and have quite a few which are thriving in areas like the kitchen. I would like a few in our living room which is north facing, so quite dull. We also have a log burner going most nights in the winter evenings so the atmosphere can be quite hot and dry.
I have a peace lily in there which is doing ok and two Boston ferns which we’re doing ok until we’ve started lighting the log burner, they are not liking the heat. So they’ve been moved. But I don’t know what to replace them with? Which plants would thrive in this kind of environment, if any?

I have several yukkas that could survive through anything.

I have a similar issue with my living room . I have a few spider plants which seem to cope and a cheese plant. Both are at the window away from the wood burner and I mist the mostera regularly.

Money trees - succulents but from South Africa so can tolerate warmth and a certain amount of abuse. And they look lovely!

Aspidistra or ZZ plant. Both virtually indestructible.

Thanks all, I’m off to the garden centre later, will check out those suggestions.

Mother-in-law tounge or also known as snake plant. Don't know the real name.
