Thankyou gift for a couple

Looking for gift inspiration.

One of my closest friends and her fiance have been very, very good to me over the last couple of months - helping me with a house move, letting me stay with them alot etc.

I'd like to get them a thank you gift - budget of around £100-150.

For some season I been thinking of a F&M hamper but not sure it's very appropriate for a 30 year old couple. Are there any other hamper-style gifts that I might be missing?

We're in London so meal or experience vouchers could be doable?

Any ideas greatly appreciated

I think hampers are always appreciated. John Lewis has nice ones too. What about something like a gin hamper if they like gin?

Neither are big chocolate fans but they do like gin.

Will have a look at JL too. The F&M ones do look lovely (and I know my friend would love having the basket to put on display Grin ) but I am agog at some of the prices in comparison to the content!

If you are planning on spending that much then please ask what they would like ....my partner and I would love meal vouchers but he wouldn't enjoy anything in a hamper. (I would!). Although things that we would enjoy if you want to go ahead with a gift.....vodka and caviar, sushi, a nice meat hamper (as long as they have freezer space), vouchers for a night in a hotel, theatre vouchers, garden centre vouchers. Do they have a shared hobby that you could get tickets for something to do with it? Or tickets to a concert?

If they are into food, then:
London prices might make it too expensive for your £150 budget, but Oxford-based friends were given a one-off private chef experience as their 10th anniversary gift from the ILs!

Professional chef came to cook them dinner at home (advance menu consultation/all ingredients bought/served the meal/cleared up after etc.)

Quite a few companies do packages, though their chef was a local freelancer and cheaper. £130ish, think friend said?

They loved it. Said was very romantic!
Something they'd never have chosen themselves as so indulgent.
