To ask for suggestions for a new job

I've always worked in customer facing roles, in some form or another, either care or hospitality, with a brief foray into retail.
Am currently middle management in hospitality. And I'm sick of it. Totally fed up with the whole lot. It pays crap for the level of work required right across the board, and is stressful, more than many people realise. You're looked down upon by people, I have been treated appallingly sometimes, because I think I can't 'fight back' as it were. I've been called all sorts, physically and sexually assaulted, lied about in order to get their own way, subject to unreasonable and sometimes downright impossible demands, and not even worth common courtesy most of the time.
I currently work for the best employers I've had, and I know I'm valued by them, they pay more for my job role than average and are supportive, so for the industry and my place within it, I have it good and I know that. But I'm still fed up 😣

So I'm asking here for some ideas for a new career, that maybe I can transfer skills to. I'm not that bothered about earning big bucks, as long as I have enough to live on.

I'm intelligent and good at problem solving and thinking on my feet. I am willing to learn, and research, try new things etc, and I work hard. I'm physically in decent shape, and strong. I'm literate and a good communicator, written and orally. I have attention to detail. I do have good customer service skills, but these are being worn down over time to be honest.

My weaknesses are that I'm not always a great team player, I work alone a lot and have become very self reliant and can struggle with delegation/asking for help. I can also be quite single minded about something and become very focused on it and not see the bigger picture. I'm not great with mathematics, I struggle with numbers, but have applied myself as this is part of my current job role and I've improved, but not really enough. I get frustrated when I don't get stuff like that right. I don't have amazing computer skills either, I can do the basics, which is mostly self taught because I need it in my current role. And I'm just turned 40.

I don't have a lot of spare money, so something like uni would probably be too much, and I'd need to work through any training or education. College or the OU would maybe be possible. I don't know if I'm looking for the impossible really, all my work experience is customer based and low level. It's pretty much all I know how to do.
Has anyone moved out of a role like mine into a different career and what/how did you do it? Or have any ideas?
Failing that if anyone knows of a job going in a shed at the bottom of a field where I don't have to deal with people, give me a shout 😆
