Unbelievable behaviour at Disneyland Paris

So the smoking seems to have improved, as has the queue-jumping. And the staff seem a lot happier than previously.
But... we were in Stitch Live which involves some audience participation eg. With Stitch calling on random audience members. Have seen it several times, it is light hearted and the children love it. But today, the adult who
Was called on said: “I don’t want to do this, f* you.” staff handled it well. All the (other) parents were really shocked.

Il never forget the behaviour when we went a couple of years ago, it’s put me off going again - a man standing up to film the show when everyone else was sat down - not caring that nobody sat behind him could see - two people politely asked him to sit down which he completely ignored. He eventually sat when a member of staff intervened.
The worst was watching the fireworks at the evening - we were practically beaten and shoved out of the way - whole families including grannies shouting at us. My husband was carrying small dd on his shoulders so she didn’t get crushed and was punched in the back!

I might add that all this rude behaviour was from the French.

I found the rudeness of adults absolutely unbelievable at DLP. Hadn’t seen what you describe but it seemed standard for adults to come along at the last minute and stand right in front of small children at the parade who had been waiting patiently for hours to see their favourite princess. A LOT of aggressive excusez moi! So I am sadly not surprised!

The only time I went to Disneyland Paris was back in 2010 and to be honest it was hell on Earth!
Didn't help that as we were some of the last people out of the place late at night, they had the army standing there with machine guns glaring at all the families.
Very friendly...NOT!

Yes. We left tonight as people were gathering 1.5 hours ahead of the illuminations which are fantastic but I just couldn’t handle the aggro of waiting around for hours and then having people pushing in etc.

I also found the behaviour of adults really rude, when I took my children every time a character walked around the park the children would run to surround them, then grown adults usually french or italian would run with their kids, push others out of the way so their own could get there first, I'm so surprised there wasn't any punch ups between the parents. We got fed up of it, the experience was quite unpleasant, we would queue to get ready for the parades, then just get jostled or shoved until we were at the back or couldn't see, it's bloody Disney ffs!!
