Which BMI suits you best?

I've ranged from BMI 30 down to 19. Currently 21 and I think this probably is my best weight. Any lighter and my boobs disappear and much heavier and my bum and thighs get too big. What suits you best?

I've just checked and mine is at 16.7, my weight never really fluctuates either (maybe a couple of lbs every now and again.)

According to the NHS BMI checker I am in the red portion of underweight and it's signposting me links for eating disorder support, yet I was at a checkup the other day and, although she said I was tiny, the nurse agreed that I didn't look underweight to that extent.
I just look in proportion.

I don't understand BMI at all.

18-19, currently 18. Don't like big bust, big butt and muscle on me (nothing against other women with these things, talking solely about my own body), prefer to be straighter model-type shape with slim waist which I currently am.

Was 34.6 before, lost weight and happy where I currently am. I have naturally round face which is still round when I'm skinny (although not as much as before), so not so worried about future wrinkles :).

I’m currently a 27 and that feels too much to me. I’m happiest about 23-25. I’d love to lose some weight but I love puddings too much!

18 looks better on me. At 18 I feel better too, loads of energy. I'm 20 right now and feel large and sluggish.
