"Big" Birthday ideas...help

My sister is turning 50 and I'd like to get her something special for c£150 mark.

She is getting married and moving to a new place with her OH next year - so anything hous-y is probably not appropriate.
She does not really wear jewellery/make up
She has done oodles of experiences and travel so another one in that area may just blend into all the others.
She likes nice work clothes - but more for the thrill of the great bargain she's the one that gets the £400 Jaegar coat for £70

She does want some art for her new home - but obviously that is something she needs to choose herself really - and without the home...well..you know...tricky....so my fallback will be a picture frame with some cash in it so she can buy herself something next year....but it seems so...well...dull.

Can any inspired MNetters help me with some ideas please?

If she’s had a particularly memorable trip whilst travelling you could get her favourite photograph of that place blown-up in black & white on a canvas or tastefully framed maybe.

Or something personalised via Etsy to represent your sisterhood/childhoods?

Not sure if either of these things might be a bit too twee tho. But they’d be quite ‘personal’ presents for a milestone birthday.

Or if she’s into big experiences how about seeing if your money would stretch to a hot air balloon ride or similar?

A lovely bag or watch?

Does she have any hobbies? Would she like a really nice purse?
Beautiful pyjamas?

Pyjamas are not a mad idea...but we have very different taste and to be honest everytime she buys something for me or I buy something for her we both kind of "miss the mark" as it were....so I could potentially fuck it up again Smile .

I had a thought about getting her an experience to make her own art. She is quite creative so maybe I could get her a gift voucher from here? She could pick whatever she fancied httpss:www.craftcourses.com/gift-vouchers. Or does that sound shit?
