Could I survive eating only these for an indefinite time?

Pondering about this following a recent spell of hotel room living, plus flirting with minimalism
Pulses (hummus)
Green leafy vegetable
Whole grain bread
Marmite
Lemon juice
Tomatoes
Carrots
Olives

Would this be sustainable long term or is it missing a vital nutrient ...

You might be able to boil eggs or cook small pasta / 3 minute noodles in a hotel room kettle if you needed extra food items in your list

You'd need to check whether you'd get iodine from those foods. My basic knowledge says you'd need to supplement. We get it from dairy (when it's fed to the cows at least) and eggs. It's also available in some seaweed but the amount in natural supplements has been shown to fluctuate wildly. You need it but you don't want to overdose on it either.

Also, having tried to be vegan and healthy, and ending up switching back to mostly vegetarian, you will get bored. Whether or not you like the idea of minimalism intellectually, your body will start to dislike the same foods very quickly. I was obsessed with mushrooms cooked in a little vegan soy sauce, in a wrap with houmous and rocket. It's delicious. And I can't eat it any more because I ate it too many times. Even though this was years ago and I know it was delicious, the memory of sickening myself on it is still really prominent and I have to be careful not to put too many of those ingredients in one dish.

Simplified living...that's actually quite complex to work out, achieved by serious overthinking. Ok then. What's the point of the exercise though OP? Yes you would 'survive' and it would be some time before the deficiencies became apparent but why bother?

That wouldn't provide sufficient amounts of protein calcium or b12, or iron. Whether it's in there generally is moot. You need to eat large amounts to achieve the desired levels and that is before you consider the removal of nutrients via any cooking method.

What are your living circumstances OP? What makes you feel this would be positive? Are you trying to lose weight, say?

I'd run it by a dietitian or GP. They're worthwhile foods to eat that form part of healthy diet, and are not one exclusively.

Dried apricots for iron and orange juice (aids iron absorption)
I assume pulses is all types (chick peas, kidney beans, lentils?)
Calcium is lacking, soya milk with added calcium?

No coffee, tea or alcohol? You need to add some diary products or products with added calcium if you're vegan. I'd be inclined to speak to a dietitian, your proposed diet sounds very lacking. Will you be eating the same thing every single day?

@SayOohLaLa it would be pretty disgusting to boil eggs or make noodles in a hotel kettle. The noodle flavour would linger and next guest won't want chicken shit floating in their cup of tea Envy (not envy)

Just exploring an idea. Not much money and was stuck in a cheap hotel - no room service Grin - for a few nights with no cooking facilities or fridge, but access to a supermarket, so that is what I ate for dinners. Enjoyed the food and simplicity and wondered about what I'd need to add for health.

Already a longterm vegetarian looking to reduce dairy.
I take a daily multivitamin so please don't worry (those that were concerned) this is not an orthorexic exercise.

Add brown rice, nuts, glass of orange juice when you eat the leafy greens to help with iron absorption. Mushrooms contain vitamin d. You need to add vit b12 if you don't eat meat.

I love all of these foods but would die of boredom in a week.

I like variety in my diet.
