Ever feel like things are too much?

Just that really! I'm generally a positive upbeat person but lately I just feel like I could get in my car and drive away.
New baby
New home
New business
I feel physically and mentally exhausted and some days I just wish to step back in time. I don't regret my choices in life I just think I should have done things slightly differently perhaps in a different timeline - not all at once!

Yes, everything is too.much. My head feels like a whirlpool and I'm constantly on the edge of hyperventilating. New job in a new field, 2 kids under 5, toddler doesn't sleep, house renovation we're going to run out of money for, friends that need support.

@SerafinaPekkalasbroomstick how do you cope? Do you have any coping mechanism to share? It's tough isn't it! I hope your new job is going well.

Yes, all the time. Today I am off sick from work because everything felt like too much and I couldn't cope with the thought of another work day, but now I feel very guilty for letting my colleagues down and not going in.

Yep. I'm floundering. 3 primary aged dcs, work FT with a bit of travel recently involved, dh works FT. Everyone's ill right now and I feel so guilty getting them out of bed so we can get to school on time for breakfast club so I can start work early enough to leave work on time to collect them all. House is a tip, washing just gets done and left, i'm not sure where the dcs are with their homework, am constantly worried they are eating too much crap. The only way I know to cope is to motor through!

Outsource whatever you can.
Use the tumble dryer, dishwasher, roomba.
MN favourite: get a cleaner.
Food shop online.
Consider sharing drop offs and pick ups with other parents.
Delegate.
