MN hollandaise recipe?

Hi, my dh found a hollandaise recipe online years ago which came from MN and could be made in one saucepan. A while back, the recipe disappeared off the net and dh had never printed it out.
He's tried a few others since then but they are either too complicated or just don't taste as good.
He can't remember the poster's name - can anyone help please?

Can’t help on but have you tried this one?

It’s exceptional.

Can't help.
I did exactly the same, made it several times but can't remember the method.
I'm currently surviving on knorr hollandaise (big tub, from Amazon) but I wish I could remember that single pan one!

Thanks both. I've printed out the GF recipe for him to try. We quite liked the Maille jar but dh has recently become veggie and he says it's not suitable any more.

He's been lamenting the loss of the MN one for some considerable time though!

Since I’ve been making it the jar stuff is too vinegary. We are buckets of the GF one with asparagus over the summer.

I had a MN meatball recipe that involved half a tin of chopped toms.
Lost that one as well Sad

I was really disappointed with jar hollandaise as it tastes like nasty salad cream.

I like Delia's no panic hollandaise from her how to cheat book. It's not authentic but I like it.

Thanks Barbara - do you think that could be made in a saucepan? We don't have a microwave (we only ever used to defrost things in it).

Yes you can make it in a saucepan, you just need it on low and keep stirring.

That's great, we'll give that one a try too.
