Anybody would mind keeping me company? DH is asleep, dog is asleep even the cat is asleep!! I've tried reading the first messages my DH and I exchanged when we first got together. That made me feel really nice and warm inside but not sleepier.

Hi, I'm 34 weeks tomorrow and this is normal wake up time for me, won't get back to sleep for another couple of hours.
I usually Mumsnet for a bit, the reading tires my eyes out a bit

33 weeks here and about to give up and go downstairs. I'll try snuggling on the sofa watching crap tv and see if that helps- I'll browse on my phone until morning otherwise!

I used to read books when PG. In the knowledge that once busy with the baby and baby brained I wouldn't be able to concentrate on them. Got through loads. I now have an 11 year old and I think his phone was ringing at 3:45 which has woken me up.....not best pleased with him.....but it might have been some other noise will have to investigate in the morning. (He got his first bad behaviour mark at school yesterday so he's not in my good books anyway.)

I have an 11yo SS and we're sure he spends most of the night on his phone, but we're unsure about it. We know he used to get up a lot earlier than he does now.

I just want this baby out! I hurt myself yesterday and I'm all worried I might have done something to the placenta (carrier a very heavy changing table then went bowling).

Me too. I'm 32 weeks and have been sleepless for a few weeks now. Doesn't help that my insomnia has coincided with my 3yo deciding to get into our bed at 3:30 every morning!
I'm sure you haven't done anything to your placenta rainbow, I imagine it's more likely you've strained a muscle. Take it easy tomorrow and don't move any more furniture yourself! Is the baby still moving about?

Deep down I'm sure baby is fine! He had the hiccups just after dinner. It was the first time I felt them :) .

I just started being all emotional because was reading an article about how thirty something weeks ago an egg and a sperm were lucky enough to meet and here we ready for his arrival.

It doesn't help we both remember when he was conceived!

I'm sure baby is fine. But don't over do it.

My son shouldn't have his phone in his room - if it was that it would be some girl on WhatsApp....(not that he's some sort of Casanova - but it seems that it's the girls who call late....middle of the night is extreme though.)
