When should I worry about irregular bleeding? Really really worried.

Name changed as I find this incredibly embarrassing despite the goady username.

I gave birth to my DD just over a year ago, since then I’ve had a few issues with piles (i think), occasional painful bowel movements with blood and serious itching after that goes away after a week or so. It’s happens fairly often though, like at least once a month if not more.

I also had a copper coil fitted about 8 weeks ago and all was fine though I’ve had lots of bloody cervical mucus for the past week, enough to have to wear a panty liner. I finished my last period on the 23rd of September, been spotting on and off for the past week but with quite bad cramps, similar to period cramps. I also have red mucus when I have a bowel movement. When is this a cause for concern? I have the worst feeling that something is wrong. I don’t think its an infection as I’ve just finished a course of antibiotics for mastitis so in theory this would have also cleared up any kind of infection down there?

I’ve also been having really bad headaches and very tired, very poor appetite. My jeans barely fit anymore and just a few weeks ago they were a bit tight.

I had a smear about 8 months ago which came back clear, would anything changed in this time? Could it be down to the coil?

Can’t get a doctors appointment for over two weeks so any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m so worried I’m going to die and leave my dd alone. :(

Try to calm down (difficult, I know). Could be all sorts of things. Does your GP practice offer same day appointments if you call in the morning?

Also, nobody can give you reliable medical advice on a forum. It'll feel less scary going through it all with the GP.

It’s not necessarily the case that all the symptoms are linked OP so try not to stress. Visit the GP for reassurance but it’s probably nothing serious.
The red bleeding and mucus after/during a bowel movement is probably to do with straining. Passing some mucus is normal and you said you have piles so the bleeding can be attributed to that.
The coil could be causing the cramps and vaginal bleeding.
Tiredness could be anything! As coils headaches, loss of appetite etc.

As coils headaches

I meant ‘as could headaches’

Go to your GP. Do not google!! That will tell you all sorts!! I know, I've been there! Make an appointment tomorrow if you can. They will be able to help you more than anyone on here.
