Epileptic

Hi, going back 3 months ago I had a miscarriage. I didn't come on my period but did about 10 tests and every one came back negative and my partner also had a vasectomy around 10 years ago (which didn't work 100% as he had another child previous) so I just thought I was late. I was actually 6 weeks pregnant.
My question is as the title says I am an epileptic have been since I was 2 years old (due to a scar on my brain which was caused during an accident) I'm on 3 types on medication. Tegretol, keppra and lamotrogine as I have tonic clonic seizures (nocturnal) and around 1 a month. I was wondering if anyone is on these medications or has tonic clonic if they found it hard to get pregnant (or is it more because my partner still has a extremely small gap because of his vasectomy) or if their baby was completely healthy? Etc
Thanks for reading :)

My partner was on tegretol and epilium when she fell pregnant. I don't think there was any problem regarding conception.

I was on Lamotrigine for the same reason as you. One miscarriage, one very healthy baby. I really do think your chances are slim with the vasectomy.

Epilim can cause problems, They should have told you.
" Female children/Female adolescents/Women of childbearing potential/Pregnancy:
Sodium valproate should not be used in female children, in women of child-bearing potential and pregnant women unless alternative treatments are ineffective or not tolerated because of its high teratogenic potential and risk of developmental disorders in infants exposed in utero to valproate. The benefit and risk should be carefully reconsidered at regular treatment reviews, at puberty and urgently when a woman of child bearing potential treated with sodium valproate plans a pregnancy or if she becomes pregnant.
Women of child-bearing potential must use effective contraception during treatment and be informed of the risks associated with the use of sodium valproate during pregnancy (see section 4.6). "
