Qualifications to further Pastoral career

So, a little about me. I am a TA in my local SEN Secondary and the FEIPS (counsellor, but not allowed to call it that) practitioner for the school. I have counselling qualifications, a couple of A levels in English and Psychology and have been running a therapy group for a charity for over 10 years, so plenty of experience.
I am a single parent and well aware that I need to increase my earning potential before my children reach 18....4 years time.
I love the pastoral side of school. That is my passion. I truly believe that children need to have emotional and social wellbeing to achieve their potential academically.
My question is, what qualifications could I take to improve my earning potential in this area? What kind of jobs could I do? I love my school but would move schools if it meant I could do what I love full time (obviously I love working in class buts it’s not my number one love) My school used to have a home/school link worker but that has been taken over my the deputy heads due to lack of funds. The same lady also did my role before me. Do I need anything else to apply for a position like this?
Does anyone know if any useful online courses which would enhance my CV?

I don't know that it would lead to a better paid job, but it would probably enhance your CV to look at finding out more about SEN/D. I would suggest Autism, in particular would be a good place to start.

Look at the NAS website to see what they might offer - I@m not sure how much on-line training they do, but it would be worth asking at your school if your LA deliver any autism training. You could even go along to another school's training course if they aren't doing central training, perhaps.

Thank you.
I’ve done quite a bit of autism training, also lots on behaviour, anxiety, emotions etc. I guess I build on that right now.
