What can I do about my neighbour's vicious cat??

I am at my wits end. This thing is properly vicious, absolutely horrible (she's a Bengal and the vet said that they are renowned for being aggressive).

This cat stalks mine continually in the garden. She attacks nastily whenever she can.

It's now escalated because she's started coming into the house and attacking my cats in their home! She bit my kitten so hard on his tail the other week that he developed an abscess and he had to operated on under anaesthetic and had antibiotics for a week.

We can't have a cat flap (literally nowhere to put it) so I leave a small window ajar for my cats to get in and out. They've started messing in the house because I presume they're too scared to go outside (they have a litter tray but they've always been outdoor cats and they don't like using it). This is how the Bengal gets in and out. Obviously if I catch her in the house, I chase her off.

My neighbour is actually very good about the cat, if he hears a fight going on he will usually come and break it up, which I'm grateful for.

I know there's pretty much nothing I can do because cats are free roaming animals, but the situation is becoming untenable! So if anyone has any advice, it would be gratefully received.

I don't know - I don't know a lot about cats. I do remember them quivering like a leaf when he was outside the door. She just said it was very obvious what he was doing Sad

@nespressowoo its not true. Male cats might mount other cats to show dominance. Their penises are designed to fit the female cat specifically. The anus of a male cat is not in the right place or the right size. They have not been "raped" (I find this a really offensive thing for you to have written. I know you don't mean it to be but its touched a nerve)

I would go with the water option in the short term but look at cat proofing the garden.
Bengals can be buggers. There was one in the cattery when our lad last stayed and apparently the noise it made upset all the others. They are beautiful beasts but am not convinced they make good pets when there are other cats around.

We are the owners of a Bengal thug cat. Our nieghbours, also cat owners, bought a super-soaker to dowse our cat when he attempts to beat the living shit out of their timid cats. The neighbours have my blessing btw.

@delilabell I didn't mean to cause offence, sorry. She was quite sure what they were doing as it took a while for him to get off. I wasn't there so I can't say he did, I can just take her word on what happened. Apologies again Thanks
