Is ‘that’s you’ unique to Scotland?

English colleague (who is otherwise lovely) said that this baffles her in shops and restaurants.

Is this true?! It was only after she said it I realise how often I say it!

I use this quite a lot and am also fro SE England. Totally normal to me and I've never even been to Scotland

Yep i’m Scottish and use it. Usually to DH as e leave I say ‘is that you?’ As in ‘Is that you ready?’

Think we say "there you go" more often but know "that's you" means the same thing. NW England.

No I have def heard it. I am currently in Midlands but come from East Anglia.

Actually I remember my Dad saying "right that's us" when leaving somewhere like a party or our train pulling into our stop.
