DD toilet problems since birth , what do i do

My DD is now 6 and since birth she's been unable to do a normal poop.

She had trouble with her formula and was constantly throwing it up , I think it eventually stopped once we cut down on the milk and started her on baby food.

At 2 months old I had to give her suppositories ( not for long ).
When she was able to I made sure to feed her proper meals with veg , ( she was a nightmare to get to eat )
She started holding her poop in until it had to come out ( I had to hold her legs in a squating position , so could couldn't hold it ).and when she was done she would cry .

When toilet training came around she did a bit better , but I'd have to hold her legs open why she sat on the loo so she couldn't hold it in .

Now she's older she likes to go to the bathroom alone ( yay ) .but she trys so hard to go but can't until there's no holding it and has to go .

I thought many timea I'm doing something wrong, but when her sibling was born she was so normal..
She pooped regually , drank her milk fine and ate all her food no problems ( they both get the same food) .

When I took her to see a doctor she was put on laxido , as soon as I started giving it do her she could finally get the poop out easily . But the laxido is just making her poop very very soft or like on the very of liquid.
I've adjusted how much to give her but her poos can be normal or to the point where it's like slush.

Ànyway I'm getthing very concerned as she has been complaing her tummy hurts and she feels sick and occasionally she says that when she eats it upsets her tummy.

I'm honestly at my wits end as I just want her to be happy , should I go back and ask them to investigate perhaps food intolerances.
Ican't have my child it pain

Has it become a sensory thing where she associates poo with pain? Definetly go back to the doctor she could have some faecal loading or something causing pain.

I’m really surprised they havent properly explored food intolerances when shes still having problems. We had chronic problems with DS - then we found out he had a tomato allergy. It hadn’t been linked to that as he was having tomatoes in one form or another almost every day. Since we cut it out he’s practically normal in his bowel habits.

I'd go back to the GP and get a referral to see a gastroenterologist. There is obviously something going on - get her checked out .

I’d get her referred, it sounds like she has a problem with certain foods - milk allergy is a likely culprit but you shouldn’t change anything until she’s seen.
