Calling problem solving expert mners

Ok so. I need to sort out my bedroom, I have a large chest of drawers (5 drawer) that I was using but it's now falling apart and not really usable any more (the bottom parts of the drawers keep slipping out and the drawers are sticking and becoming almost impossible to open/close)

However, it's not as simple as "get new ones throw old ones out"

1 I'm housebound. Order everything online and I NEED to be able to say when I want things delivered.

2 I'm disabled and utterly crap at DIY! I seriously can barely be trusted with a pair of scissors let alone actual tools! I cannot do flat pack to save my life and have NOBODY who could do it for me.

3 I have severe ocd. Any changes have to be managed in a very particular way.

4 I am not able to throw loads of money at the situation. A little but not loads.

I thought about getting just a clothes rail because I've had these before and remember them as being fairly easy to put together BUT there is a shit ton (technical term ) of "stuff" that lives on the top of the chest of drawers, plus quite honestly with how I am with the ocd I really need "safe" storage that I feel sure means the clothes are kept clean (to my way of thinking).

So...can you wonderful and wise mners come up with solutions for me?

Possibly recommendations/links to furniture retailers who are understanding of "odd" customers like myself? And could deliver ready assembled items on day requested?

Hoping the many and varied mners can give me ideas.

What about one of the big ikea kallax units and the fabric or plastic inserts for drawers? We have this in our bedroom, good but the size means you have to fold things up fairly small and neat to fit. Not a problem for mine and DCs clothes, but DH is 6'5 and has endless legs and arms so his clothes have to be folded really small!

I've assembled kallax before, it's not complex and they're not particularly heavy but the bigger ones are easier with 2 people. Could you order from IKEA, have delivered and put a message on Facebook for a local woman to help? They wouldn't need to be particularly DIY minded for kallax. Would you feel comfortable with a man in the house if you had someone else there with you? Either someone you know or maybe his wife/girlfriend?

I believe next also have an assembly service option, and they do interest free credit on furniture if you need it.

I don't know if you'd be able to do this but I still have a chest of drawers that warped and the drawers wouldn't work. I couldn't afford new ones and am hopeless at DIY. So I dismantled the drawers and glued the bottom of each drawer onto the runners each side. It created shelves rather than drawers, but was somewhere to store clothes. I then took an old curtain and nailed it (and if I'm honest some finger too! Ouch!) To the underside of the top of the drawers to provide a front. It worked short term and I now have it in the shed (though the drawer inserts have now fallen out over time) for gardening stuff.
As I said I've no idea if it's feasible for you to do though, and I only did it because I couldn't afford a replacement.
Good luck!
