Lump on top of back

I posted this in general health but didn't get much response so I hope it's ok to repost here...

Any idea what this is? It's a slight lump on the top of my back.
It doesn't hurt, doesn't feel like a cyst or anything, just like the area is generally swollen.

Background-I'm mid 30s, no health problems. 6 months postnatal.
I do have shoulders that crack A LOT but that always gets better when I do regular yoga so it seems postural. I just haven't had the time to do yoga/stretches as much as I'd like so they're not great just now. I also get occasional headaches, but I've put that down to lack of sleep (DD keeps me busy 😂). I generally have good posture, but I think sorting her out is making me slouch.

The only thing I can find using doctor google is kyphosis. Does this look like that?

@6demandingchildren haha ah I know what you mean.
Oddly enough though google doesn't seem to scary about this, it's just knowing for definite what it is!

It could just be posture or extra weight (god knows I suffer with both and have a jump) but my friend who had this and she got diagnosed with Cushings! Symptoms are easily bruised, stretch marks on stomach, amongst other things

@anguauberwaldironfoundersson hmm I've just looked in to cushings-I do have stretch marks but I've just had a baby lol. No bruising or anything else though.
I'll maybe ask my GP

It could be a lipoma - a fatty mass and totally harmless. If you are worried go and see a doctor they won’t think you are being daft.
