Masking off sharp corners on furniture

There are plastic corner edges used to mask off sharp corners on furniture, the idea being if toddlers fall over they avoid a cut on the head. Unfortunately these plastic corners are easily removed by children. Has anybody else found a better solution that the children can’t sabotage?

No, I never bothered. They all survived!

Our toddler removed these like it’s a personal mission. We were worried he’d swallow them, so replaced it with the thick rubber tubing you can find on Amazon, and then I pierced a small hole on the underside of each and threaded through string. This connects each side, so no matter how much it’s pulled, it won’t be dislodged until the string is cut. He hasn’t figured that one out yet thankfully.
