tricky

orangeshoebox · 31/08/2019 19:08

you need to add in some clip art

greenlynx · 31/08/2019 19:09

Could it be that she/he has some issues with vision so coloured font works better?

Bluewavescrashing · 31/08/2019 19:09

Reply with a bad taste GIF.

JoceHark · 31/08/2019 19:10

I want to add in that thing which makes the words slide into the email with rainbow trails

How do I do that?

WanderingMind · 31/08/2019 19:10

You need to go back in time and insert some gif or swirly dots to follow his cursor Grin

JoceHark · 31/08/2019 19:11

I don't care if she's registered blind. Comic sans has no place outside of a reception classroom

I'm thinking about changing my contact sign off with an MSN messenger username

Comic Sans has no place on this earth.

Greenbug1000 · 31/08/2019 19:13

Is she dyslexic as comic sans is a dyslexia friendly font?

NoBaggyPants · 31/08/2019 19:25

I'd be checking if there's a reason why she uses it before taking the piss. Wouldn't want to see you out of a job for deriding someone as a result of their disability.

skeemee · 31/08/2019 19:29

Comic Sans gets everywhere.... Seen recently in Murcia, I just had to take a picture, and email it to my son, who is also a Comic Sans Snob!

This is worth a read. We could all adapt our style to help others who might struggle with traditional fonts.

Don't know where the photo has gone...? Will try again!

Kpo58 · 31/08/2019 19:29

I'd be tempted to use Wingdings.

skeemee · 31/08/2019 19:32

@NoBaggyPants I will now need to retract my Comic Sans Snobbery. I am suitably chastened.

Doyoumind · 31/08/2019 19:33

But if there is an issue then usually contrast would matter and turquoise on white is unlikely to be selected based on that.

Cakewineorgin · 31/08/2019 21:12

Comic Sans is awful, but is recommended for people with visual impairments. That said, I wouldn’t think turquoise would provide enough contrast for someone with VI, I’ve always been advised to use black on yellow.
