Long time user, have NC.

Anyone who works in healthcare (or any other field actually), have you ever whistle-blown on a colleague? I'm considering doing it about someone I work with. Narcissist, bully, dangerously incompetent, falsifies documentation regularly the list goes on... But I'm scared for my job and my progression. Is it worth it?

If it something life threatening then you must whistle blow... this means you will never work the NHS again but you might save lives by doing so. Look what happened when Dr Ian Paterson was operating on women who didn't have breast cancer ... I am sure a lot of people knew he was incompetent but they did nothing ....

You are right, miley. We're a very small team so I'm honestly hoping that everyone actually will back me
