I cant face leaving London just yet, its still exciting to me even in middle age. I wonder if the prices up North are always going to stay the same?

I mean yes they are cheap, but they’re not in great neighbourhoods.

When I read the title of this thread I was expecting a waaay nicer house. It’s nothing special- even at that price.
