Tom Hardy smells of fag ash and seat belts.

I also don’t get the Chanum Tato obsession women are supposed to have.

Agree with all the above except Huge Grant.

Also adding Robert Downey Jnr and Keanu Reeves

EveryFlightBeginsWithAFall · 22/07/2019 00:35

Jason momoa is beautiful. I always think he comes across as really nice in interviews

George clooney, no idea what people see in him.
Daniel Craig I find a total turn off, have a workmate who’s obsessed.

I remember all the furore over Colin Firth in Pride and Prejudice at the time it came out (24 years ago now Shock and I just didn't get it at all.

I happened to watch an episode a few years ago and it was a bit of a revelation! Then I realised that I was then slightly older than he'd been when he'd filmed it and he therefore was no longer an 'old man' to me! Mystery solved...

1forAll74 · 22/07/2019 01:00

Daniel Craig
Tom Hiddlestone
George Clooney
David Beckham.

RagingWhoreBag · 22/07/2019 01:07

I always think of Eddie Redmayne as ‘old liver lips’. Can’t remember if I saw it on here or elsewhere, but it stuck with me!

Can’t believe Jason Momoa and Chris Hemsworth are on here, but DP did mention CH the other day when talking about people who are just on the right side of good looking, but could almost be funny looking!

Otherwise, I agree with most of the others on here and love the descriptions too!

Jude Law when he doesn't have a wig on

Nothingcomesforfree · 22/07/2019 03:40

Daniel Craig looks like a garden gnome that lost its hat
Hahaha! this^

Also agree about Beckham and Collin Firth. I’m afraid Prince Harry now goes in the pile. Used to have something ( love a ginger),but over the years increasingly like a Harry Enfield character.

avamiah · 22/07/2019 03:58

Yes I agree George Clooney does nothing for me, he has just lost it since he became really “rich “.
Also the guy from the Jurassic World?, he married the rich girl !?

Trooperslaneagain · 22/07/2019 04:04

What a horrible thread.

avamiah · 22/07/2019 04:06

Have you not heard of Opinion??

avamiah · 22/07/2019 04:19

castlecutie,

Absolutely correct.
If you don’t like the Thread then why post???

Partridgeamongstthepigeons · 22/07/2019 04:26

Have just spent 20 minutes trying to find a decent photo of Beckham that doesn't make him look like a chancer on a Waltzer (love that description of him!). I think he was more attractive with his floppy haired look when he was younger but even then he did nothing for me. I don't get all those that say he looks better as he has aged. I compare his aging to Prince William's. Fairly attractive when younger and then not so much. I'm so glad to hear I'm not alone as a middle aged woman who finds Beckham unattractive.

visitorthedog · 22/07/2019 04:35

Tom Hardy, bit village idiot.

Used to like David Beckham but think part of it was his great husband, nice guy, humble thing. Now it’s like his ego has taken him over and you can see it, almost like a distortion.

BusterGonad · 22/07/2019 05:05

Tom Hardy and Jason Momoa are divine!
I didn't get the Ryan Gosling thing, but after watching a film with him in I can see why so many women like him, he also really really reminded me of Sylvester Stallion in the early Rocky's!
I don't really like clean cut slender men so Cillian Murphy and Eddie Redmayne are a no.
I usually end up liking certain actors etc after seeing a film of there's, some men just have something about them, screen presence that just makes them sexy.

BusterGonad · 22/07/2019 05:06

Theirs NOT there's! Blush

Trooperslaneagain · 22/07/2019 05:27

If it was a bunch of guys talking about women you’d all be clutching your pearls whilst waving your mumsnet scarves.

I have of course heard of opinion and mine still stands. I’ll fuck off now then and leave you all being nasty 🤢 - enjoy yourselves.

Tinytomato2 · 22/07/2019 05:44

Jason Mamoa - looks like a tramp on steroids. Also comes across as quite arrogant in interviews.

David Tennant - lovely personality but looks like he needs a good meal. Probably wouldn't be up for a post coital pizza.

David Beckham - there's got to be a reason Posh looks so miserable. Thought he was entitled to be knighted which shows an ugly side to his character. Hate the tattoos - looks like a three year old who's found a marker pen.

BusterGonad · 22/07/2019 05:49

Trooperslaneagain the funny thing is, as a 40 year old women who grew up in a household of 3 men and have worked in places full of older men I've heard men discuss women's look many a time, and you've only got to open a magazine or news paper to read it, I really don't think any man will get his pants in a twist over a silly Mumsnet thread. Yes, some comments are a bit harsh (liver lips) but the majority of the thread is just women expressing what famous men they find attractive.
