This is going to sound really bizarre....I hope you don't think I'm a bit nuts!!....
I've suffered with a twingey back since my teens. As I've got older I'm not in the best place....fear of spasms and twinges have made me quite sedentary over the years and I'm now quite stiff and creaky....I won't bore you with the details, but day to day I get by ok.
I often wonder what's caused my bad back. I can think of a few things that might have triggered it...but I have an odd theory.....
As a primary school child I vividly remember being in assembly and if anyone behind me was singing loudly it would make a certain point in my lower back kind of contract and twinge! It didn't hurt...just felt weak and odd. This point is the exact same trigger point for my back flare ups... it has always made me think there could be a link
This weird trigger by singing voices hasn't happened for a while....but on Sat I was in the pub and a chap behind me was singing and I had that funny twinge. Now today my back isn't good at all...I'm having to be careful how I bend and it stemming from that trigger point that went twingey...I'd love to know if this is a thing...can sound trigger muscle spasms? This could unlock my back pain mystery.
This is really genuine... has anyone else experienced it or know of similar? Thanks
