If you could visit only 1 attraction/do 1 thing in London with a 7 year old, what would it be?

We visit London regularly- my DD's favourites are Natural History Museum, Science Museum, Tower of London, Chinatown, DonutTime and Primark on Oxford Street - specifically the Harry Potter section.

At that age London Aquarium and the Eye,next to each other and good for the adults too.
