As PP's have said not a great deal of brides want a second hand wedding dress. If it's the principal of getting rid of it rather than you needing the money I would donate to Cherised Gowns who turn them into burial grounds for babies that sadly leave us too soon or are born sleeping, a very worthwhile charity x

I have to admit, having recently got married, I bought a beautiful brand new dress for £699 so no offence, but £400 for second hand sounds like a lot. But if you bought it for a lot more in the first place, maybe it is still worth it? Have you tried listing it on stillwhite.co.uk?

The problem is, as someone has said already, people buying second hand are often looking for cheaper and better deals and you can now buy brand new dresses for as little as £400 thanks to the chain shop Wed2B and online sites like JJ's House.

Burial gowns not grounds 🤦🏻‍♀️

Mine was £300 new from an ex display/seconds shop. £400 for second hand is too much.

I sold my quite expensive one to a theatre group for 50 quid in the end
