How to "present" a cake at an anniversary dinner

Hello, really random question which I'm hoping some of you can help with. It's my parents' ruby anniversary and we're having a family dinner (for about 20) in a restaurant to celebrate. I've ordered a cake as a surprise (and will tell the restaurant in advance) but am just wondering how to give this to them- obviously you can't sing happy birthday as it comes out! Any ideas gratefully appreciated! Ta

"Happy Anniversary to you" to the same tune? That doesn't help does it?

Maybe play their first dance song? Or a song special to them

Before you do anything check with the restaurant that they will serve a cake that they did not provide. More and more places here will not allow you bring a cake. You may need to cancel it.

Happy anniversary to you might be an idea...it's not in a private room otherwise the special song would've been a great idea. The restaurant will hopefully be fine, I've been there before when cakes came out but I'll get in touch with them first of all to double-check (and see if they're ok with some balloons... 😁🙊)

It was a tongue in cheek suggestion but happy to help!

Absolutely, but it's pretty amusing and I think they'd like it! Ta!
