Apart from the obvious insect repellent / skin so soft etc. I'm wondering if there's some supplements that could help? I've obviously got tasty blood Hmmand get bitten a lot, even through clothes. I was only out for 5 mins this evening collecting in washing off the line but have got a huge bite which has formed a great lump on my arm. It will be itchy for days now.

Eat garlic.

Vitamin b6 and garlic capsules. I got bitten twice on a two week holiday after taking these for 2 weeks before - I'm usually eaten alive!

After years of being bitten to death, I notice that when I eat low carb, I seem to get bitten a lot less and the odd bite doesn't seem to itch the way they used to.

Not saying there is a correlation but I'm taking it as an unexpected bonus.

I thought it was B12?

I'm bitten a lot too so I sympathise. I use Jungle insect repellant spray and replenish it frequently if I'm out, also avoid perfumed toiletries.
I don't know much about eating things to help make me less attractive to insects but, following above suggestion will use more garlic, I already cook with it quite a bit, plus B6..
