Exciting stuff I know ...
We bought a new suite for our living room and it was delivered in March. We saved up for ages for it and it cost us quite a lot of money (for us) but we wanted something that we felt would last. (Had the old one 16 years). One of the zips on one of the chairs is broken - I noticed it because the chair looks 'wrinkly' and not right at all. I rang the company and she said that they would send someone out 'to see if there is anything we can do', but certainly didn't offer any assurances that they were of a mind to repair or replace.
What would you expect them to do after a little under 3 months?
