Snacks for hungry 8 year old

DD is slim build but going through a growth spurt and is constantly hungry. She demolishes her meals then a couple of hours later asks for snacks. I'm giving her toast, sandwiches, cheese and crackers. Any ideas for healthy snacks to fill her up please?

Apple slices dipped in peanut butter or caramel

a bowl of frozen sweetcorn and peas. A strange favourite in our house and filling

Humous with carrot/cucumber/pepper (red or yellow), sugarsnap peas and celery sticks.

Frozen berries defrost and put on some cream

Grapes and cherry tomatoes are really filling too. My kids like cherry tomatoes with cream cheese.

Malt loaf lunchbox bars
Hard boiled egg
Rice cakes (there are loads of different flavours, or you could use plain ones with different toppings like cream cheese, nut butter etc...)
Smoothies - you can make these as filling as you want, especially if you include oats and nut butters.
Frittata muffins
Cooked chicken chunks dipped in ketchup
Mini pitta bread and hummus or cream cheese
Mini tortilla wraps with various fillings
A mug of soup
Cuppa porridge

My ten year old son is going through a growth spurt. He likes one or two bananas sliced in a bowl with natural yogurt and a sprinkling of granola, chocolate chips or lemon curd.

He also likes a smoothie where I blitz a banana with milk and cinnamon or cocoa. ( Good job he loves bananas!). It makes around a pint and really fills him up but uis reassuringly healthy. I sometimes add a spoonful or two of yogurt or any soft fruit we have. You can add a few oats to make it more filling I also make a healthier version of Nigella's Christmas muffins for my children where I use wholemeal flour. My daughter gets very hungry at break at school so she takes a homemade wholemeal fruit muffin in.

Veggies or bread sticks with hummus or cream cheese
Crumpets
Mini sausages and cherry toms
Toasted wraps or pitta with dip (I cut wraps into triangles and toast in a dry nonstick pan)

I have just ordered my weekly Tesco shop and used loads of these ideas. Thanks!
