I'm breastfeeding so need to eat more than I am doing as I'm loosing weight!

I'm having 3 meals a day but feeding on chocolate & biscuits in between.

What else can I snack on that isn't sugar or expensive or boring?

No one suggest nuts or fruit please! Oh and carrot sticks just don't cut it for me.

Apple and cheddar
Ham and cheese toast
Boiled egg mashed with some butter and salt
Omelette with cherry tomatoes and cheese
Frankfurter sausages
Nachos (tortilla chips with melted cheddar + sour cream/salsa/guac)
Roast sweet potato (faster than normal since this doesn't need toppings)
Tuna, sweetcorn & mayo
Toast with cream cheese & jam

Oh God I am so envious of you. I loved breast feeding and feeing starving and stuffing my face with lovely food and still staying skinny. It’s one of the reason I had 4 kids and I’m not even kidding.

Focus on protein if you're eating a lot of sugary foods so you don't get blood sugar crashes.

Italian salami, pre cooked chicken, cheese, pate on crackers, ham sandwiches etc
