Nursery leaving present

Ds2 is leaving nursery next month to start school in August. Would like to buy a present for both his key leader and the nursery manager. Was thinking flowers for his key worker, would you get flowers for the manger too (she has been very very flexible and accommodating with me) or a generic gift for the nursery such as book vouchers or new toys? Any ideas? One parent bought a tree a couple of years ago but I’m not sure there is an apple tree names after my child yet!

We gave DD’s key worker potted flowers and a book voucher (she is a avid reader). The other staff in her room also got flowers and chocolates to share.

We didn’t give anything to the nursery itself.

Potted flower would be nice, thanks.

My sister works in a nursery. She has said they are usually inundated with chocolates and biscuits during end of term so I would avoid this. She’s always very grateful for any form of voucher (Amazon, topshop etc) and wine!

We got the management a plant for the office and huge cake (Costco one) for the whole nursery to have a piece of.

Vouchers for coffee shop, fizz, nice smelled, hand cream, flowers and chocolates all go down well.

I would suggest something specific for the keyworker, but book/toy vouchers or biscuits/chocolates to share for the manager
