Good skin tips?

My skin used to be quite good, but last year I got quite bad rosacea. I finally got antibiotics and I'm lucky because it more or less cleared it up, but it's still a bit red and dull looking. I'm scared to try any products in case it flares up the rosacea again. Has anyone got any tips for better skin that won't risk harming it further?

I already eat quite a good diet and drink huge amounts of water. I only use Simple makeup wipes & E45 on it currently.

I’ve recently started using Vitamin C oil with hyaluronic acid, which came highly recommended to me. it’s really helped brighten my skin up after only about 10 days of using it.

This is the one I use

Best thing you can do for your skin is ditch the wipes. You don't want to overload your sensitive skin with too many active ingredient products so maybe look at one of the French pharmacy lines for sensitive skin like Avene, for example their Soothing Moisture Mask, or Bioderma Sensibio. Also, La Roche Posay's Rosaliac line is great for reducing any redness.

Ah thanks very much for these! I'll definitely give them a go. I didn't realise there was a rosaliac line!
